Jane Eyre

Bell, Currer (Charlotte Brontë pseudonym). Jane Eyre. London: Smith, Elder & Co., 1857.

A very early and extremely scarce 1857 edition of Charlotte Bronte’s classic novel Jane Eyre, a reprint of the third edition of 1848. Bound in the original orange boards with black titles. Note that the title page is missing, but everything else is complete. The page edges are tanned, as might be expected due to the book’s age. The rest of the book is in very good condition considering its age.
