The Eagle Annual Number One is a hardback book in annual format in good condition. The cloth spine has come away from the boards a little, but is still attached. There is some scuffing to the edges of the boards. There is a slight bleed through of the ink between pages, but it is still very readable. In the Dan Dare story, pages 29-32 precede the main story and have been printed in the wrong order, but all the pages are there.
